The goal is to direct the activities that take place on the project. This includes managing risks,
directing people (assigning tasks, tracking progress, etc.), and coordinating with people and
systems outside the scope of the project to be sure that it is delivered on time and within budget. Critical activities include:
- Initiating a new project
- Managing project staff
- Enhancing the relationship with external teams and resources
- Risk management
- Estimating, scheduling, and planning
- Managing an iteration
- Closing out a phase, or project
AFrame is about the steps the product journeys through from initial idea to delivered solution.
Any project management method can be used to manage AFrame (for example: Method123, Prince2)
